You will be located in GERMANY (whole territory possible).

Job summary

You will be in charge of the fllowing countries : Germany, Poland, Austria and others countries in North of Europe.

Principal Accountabilities

He or SHE is responsible for :

  • Management of a Customer support team based in Germany & Poland.
  • Responsible for the work schedule.
  • Installation/Commissioning
  • On-site training
  • Troubleshooting
  • Service contracts execution
  • All on-site interventions
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationship and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
