CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER based in Germany

As part of the strong development of our SERVICE  SUPPORT activity,  we wish to enlarge our German team with an “CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER” position.

You will be located in GERMANY (whole territory possible).

Job summary

The Customer Service Engineer is dedicated to technical customers support mainly in GERMANY and AUSTRIA but can be asked to service in other countries in EUROPE & Abroad.

Principal Accountabilities

He or SHE is responsible for :

  • Machines Installation/start-up and commissioning in customer’s plant.,
  • Makes training on customer site,
  • Is in charge of following contract service on customer site,
  • Assumes troubleshooting and technical assistance on customer site,
  • Involves in our international Hotline organization (telephone/email/remote troubleshooting),
  • Organizes and makes technical trial of our machines on customer site,
  • Participates to the presentation of our machines in Hollow Glass international exhibitions

You will report to the : Regional Leader based in Germany
