Tiama history
Tiama is the combination of two market players: MSC & SGCC. Both firms started their activities inside two famous glassmakers
1963
MSC is created within BSN (Danone), as a small department dedicated to the development of on-line inspection solutions for its hollow glass production.
1973
SGCC starts its existence within Saint-Gobain glassmaker to perform multi- inspection on glass containers with the first star-wheel principle machine.
2008
MSC and SGCC firms joined forces under the umbrella of TIAMA brand (MSC holding company) to offer complete inspection solutions, with its brand: MSC & SGCC.
2015
On December 1st, 2015 the corporate name of the company has changed for TIAMA.
2022
Build up of Kestrel Vision Group where the Tiama brand joins other rigid packaging inspection experts
